Kaspar Szymanski, a loved member of the Google Search Quality team, is leaving Google and Dublin to move to Berlin, Germany.
Kaspar is not like most Google search quality representatives, he has this unique thing about him. It is hard to describe. It is a quality that some Google search quality reps have but at the same time, Kaspar also gave off the impression to me of adding on a level of pure innocence. Doing search quality for several years - he's been with Google since 2006 - it can't sometimes taint your view of people. You see a lot of bad and evil things across the internet and it doesn't seem to have affected Kaspar at all. Like I said, there is this genuine sense of care, honesty and the deepest concern when he is helping webmasters and friends.
That being said, Kaspar is leaving Google - something I'd never ever thought I'd hear. He is doing so to move to Berlin to start a new chapter in his life.
Many of the SEOs around the world know Kaspar. He has been helping webmasters in the support forums but also by going to events around the world. He's spoke at 4P Day, Warsaw (Warszawa), A4UExpo, London, Affiliate TactixX, Munich (München), DMEXCO, Cologne (Köln), Doodle Day, Dublin, E-nnovation, Warsaw (Warszawa), Google Day, Dublin, Google Day, Warsaw (Warszawa), Google Site Clinic, Dublin, Google Site Clinic, London, Online Motor Deutschland, Berlin, SEMCamp, Warsaw (Warszawa), SMX SphinnCon, Jerusalem (יְרוּשָׁלַיִם), SMX, Munich (München), Search Marketing World, Dublin, Searchmarketing Day, Posen (Poznań) and Web 2.0 Expo, Berlin.
Please wish Kaspar the best of luck on Google+ - he deserves our thanks.
