Google has added a new HTTPS report within Google Search Console. This new report now shows you not just which pages are not served over HTTPS but also why they are not being served as HTTPS.

There is a new section that says "Why pages are not being served over HTTPS" and it explains "a page must be served over HTTPS to be eligible for Good page experience."

Here is a screenshot of the new report (click to enlarge):

The HTTPS report shows how many indexed URLs on your site are HTTP vs HTTPS. Google strongly recommends using HTTPS for your site to protect your users' security and privacy. If your site has a page with both an HTTP and HTTPS address, Google prefers to index the HTTPS version.

Please note that this HTTPS report is available only for Domain properties and HTTPS URL-prefix properties.

Here is Google's help document on this report. I personally see it but Google said it might take a few months to fully roll out to all. You can try to access this report over here.
