A picture of the large Google Honeycomb object being unloaded and unwrapped at Google's headquarters. Honeycomb is Google's latest Android OS and Google typically places a symbol of it in front of the Android building at the GooglePlex.

They have done this with most releases. They include:

  • 2.0/2.1 (Eclair)
  • 2.2 (Froyo)
  • 2.3 (Gingerbread)
  • 3.0 (Honeycomb)

Next up? Ice-cream sandwich.
