One of the fun and wicked smart personalities in Google is Maile Ohye. She speaks fairly often at developer and search marketing conference but when she speaks, she normally gets on stage in flip flops.
For some reason, at SMX Milan the other week, Maile decided to get all dressed up in a full dress, and what looks to be high heeled shoes. I am not sure what SEOs can make from this. I mean, what is the fuss, is there a big update coming?
Maile said, according to the tweet, this was the first time she was up on a stage in dress.

Update: There was some concern in the industry about this post being sexist. I am sorry if it was taken that way. It is just part of Search Photo of the Day stories that are not news related, we've covered Googler's in hats, shorts, doing fun and weird things. That was the intent. I even emailed Maile about this and she responded:
please, for the record, i'm absolutely not offended as i'm the one who mentioned in the keynote that i was wearing a dress. it's nice to see people showing sensitivity to sexism, but in this case, there was more background. for me, i'm just happy i didn't trip in heels. :)
I am really sorry if I offended anyone, it was really not my intent at all.
