Eva Au posted on Twitter a picture of a block of stores during her travels, of three "fashion" stores. The stores have signs from Google Play, Google and WhatsApp. This isn't uncommon in some countries to use popular brand names to sell everything from the technology they provide down to a pair of underwear.
I am not sure exactly this picture was taken, but we've covered many of examples of stores like this in our pictures category.
