We've seen these fake Google offices or stores around the world, mostly in third-world countries. They piggy back off the Google name to try to get customers to walk in. Well, here is one in Tajikistan, which is a country in Central Asia surrounded by Afghanistan, China, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
