For 20 months or ago, since Matt Cutts of Google went on leave, he has really not made any SEO appearances. That was until last week at the Google Dance. No, this doesn't mean Matt is coming back. In fact, it seemed to me based on his appearance, that he is really not coming back. But that is just my gut feeling.
In any event, at the dance, swarms of SEOs and webmasters flocked to him as always. He had no knowledge or tips to share on ranking in Google, but that didn't stop them. I guess once a GoogleGuy, always a GoogleGuy and the people do love him.
