Google Conference Paper Ball Fight

At the Google Dublin office there was a conference where the attendees learned about randomisation, the best method removing selection bias between two groups of patients, via a paper ball fight. The video below from Instagram shows these attendees throwing balls of paper at each other.

Here is what the person wrote "Some would call this a paper fight. At a tech conference, it’s called data randomisation. #gconvert18."
