If you go to Google Trends you can filter those trends by country and the list of countries available is massive but when you go to the real time trends section, that list is a small fraction of countries you are able to filter by.
For example, Spain is missing in this list, amongst many other countries:
It is unclear why normal Google Trends supports a lot more options but the real-time version does not. It might be simply that they do not have enough query data in some regions to make the real-time version useful? I am not sure.
John Mueller from Google said on Twitter that he will look into it after Aleyda Solis asked about why Spain was missing:
