- New Google Search Console Adds Live URL Inspection Tool & Manual Actions
As you know, Google has graduated the Google Search Console out of beta and with that, added a new live feature for the URL Inspection tool and also brought in the manual actions section into the tool. Google also cleaned up the side bar navigation to access these features. - Google Search Console Is Out Of Beta But More To Still Come
Yesterday we reported that Google began directing users by default when they login to Google Search Console to the beta version instead of the old version. Well, several hours after we reported that, Google announced Google Search Console is now out of beta. So that explains it. - Google Tests Expandable Top Stories List View
Google is testing a way to load more stories in the top stories section where Google shows a list view versus a carousel. Of course, with the carousel look, you can swipe left to right through stories but with the list view, you are only given so many on the page. - Google Did Not Turn 20 Years Old Just Yet
A lot of sites are reporting Google has turned 20 years old, but the truth is, Google has not yet officially turned 20. Google officially celebrates their anniversary on September 27th, although they have done it on September 7th before. - Google Doubles Speed Of Some Search Results Via Service Workers
Google has doubled the speed of searches done on Chrome for Android through a technology named Service Workers. This lets Google cache repeated searches and serve them up twice as fast to some searchers. - Google Seattle Arcade Room
