Owners Can Now Reply To Reviews On Google Maps Android

Google Stars Reviews

Google now lets owners and managers of verified businesses can reply to reviews directly from their Business Profile on Google Maps Android. You are able to reply to reviews many ways, including Google Maps desktop, Google My Business console and other areas but now also on Google Maps for Android.

Google wrote "You can reply to reviews directly from your Business Profile on Google Maps Android. This lets you more easily respond to customer reviews while away from your computer. Only owners and managers of verified businesses can reply to reviews from the Business Profile on Maps. Learn more about how to reply to reviews on Google Maps Android."

Here are those instructions:

  1. On your Android device, open Google Maps Maps.
  2. You can open your Business Profile 2 ways:
    • Enter your business name in the search bar.
    • In the top left, tap Menu Menuand then Your Business Profile.
  3. Tap Reviews.
  4. Next to the review you’d like to reply to, tap Reply.
    • To edit your reply, tap More Menuand then Edit.
    • To delete your reply, tap More Menuand then Delete.
    • To report an inappropriate review, tap More Menuand then Report.
