As time goes on, it is inevitable that we lose important people in the search industry - that is life. But too often we are too late to express our gratitude to those people during their living years. Instead, it is not only until after they pass on where we share our true appreciation for those that have helped us the most in this industry.
There are so many people who have contributed over the years to the industry. So many people who have helped you grow and learn in the industry. Why not take a moment to share those stories with the industry as a whole?
We have lost some folks over mental illness, and sometimes, just sometimes, if those people knew how important they were to others, maybe they would have reconsidered? Honestly, I am not sure how mental illness works, so that might be an ignorant comment. But no one would argue, that sharing good things about others in the industry can be a bad thing.
So I created a short form to collect these stories from the industry. I will then review them all and share one each day here, with your permission. This way you can express your gratitude to a living SEO/SEM and they can feel the love now, before they pass on.
Please share this and tell everyone in the industry to fill this form out at least about one person in the industry. Feel free to fill it out multiple times.
Here is the form (if it loads weird, the form can also be completed over here):
You can also fill out the form over here.
