I am really excited to announce the Search Engine Roundtable iOS and Android app is now available for download for free in iTunes and Google Play. It is a really easy, quick and fun way to read the content here (although posting to disqus comments don't work in the app for some reason).
The main reason I built the app was to test Google App Indexing and Apple Universal Search, to see if it drives traffic, downloads and conversions. I will be sharing my data with all of you, so that you can make an informed decision if you want to build an app, and/or deploy Google App Indexing and Apple Deep Linking.
The app is meant for reading daily, not for digging through the archives. With the exception of being able to search old stories, you cannot easily browse old stories. You can continue to scroll and scroll. Here are the core features in iOS, they differ slightly with Android, which I will get to later:
