Did you know that Google is willing to review random SEO agencies to see if their SEO practices are fair and within their guidelines? I didn't think Google spent the time doing that. Year, they have both algorithmic penalties and manual actions but to review an SEO agency specifically?
There are less than a handful of times I can remember Google ever going after a specific agency and their clients. Google has gone after link networks but specific SEO agencies - not that often from what I can tell. But who knows, Google doesn't tell me everything - far from it.
Here is a Twitter exchange with someone who wants to out an SEO for shaddy SEO techniques and Gary Illyes of Google:
@Marie_Haynes @johnmu @methode would love to hear thoughts - is this asking for trouble? FYI - I said thanks, but no thanks. :-) https://t.co/yBN1BFbf0c

@2dogsmedia @Marie_Haynes @JohnMu In fact, if you tell me this agency's name, we'd be more than happy to take a fair look on their practices

In short, here is Gary Illyes asking for the information so someone at Google can dig deeper. How is that for competitive sabotage?
Now, Gary is going to kill me because his inbox is going to be flooded with spam reports.
