SEO To Google: How Can I Find The Googler Who Banned Me?!

In a Google webmaster hangout, John Mueller this morning read a question submitted by an SEO that shocked everyone. At the 45:50 mark into the video the question that was read was "how can I find the guy that banned my web site?"

Yea, John is going to look it up and give you the Googler's home address so you can go ask him why he banned your web site. Here, watch when John reads the question:

John goes on to explain how manual actions work and how to fix them. He stayed very cool but I bet he gets these a lot in general.

We have covered SEOs threatening Googlers before and I always wondered how some Googlers can go to SEO events and not need a body guard.
