This week, I do a red eye version of the search recap. I first discuss Google's advice on if you were hit by the Google Farmer/Panda Update. 40% of SEOs said they were hit by this update. So we gave more advice the update and how to get ranking again. I did a huge recap of the top changes in Google for the month, you want to see it. Google brought back a feature to block search results, this time promising to use it for search quality. Did you know you can manipulate Google Instant Search Suggestions? Google was caught sending out GoogleBot from China. Google Sitelinks were spotted with descriptions. I discussed how not to use the canonical tag within pagination. adCenter is going to be adding scores for quality score. SMX West was this week and we covered dozens and dozens of sessions. Finally, we showed off the Google Mouse TV logo and the Will Eisner logo. That was this past week at the Search Engine Roundtable.
