YouTube announced that you can now continue to watch the videos on your YouTube app while conducting searches on new videos.
Google's YouTube said, you can now "Watch a video while searching for the next one" while in the app.
In basically does a picture in picture like interface to show you search results with the video overlaid on the right corner.

Other new features available for the YouTube app on iOS and Android include:
